He is survived by: his wife Sally McNeill Ebaugh, MD; his daughter Lulie DeBardeleben Ebaugh (Victor Chin, MD) of Rome, Georgia; his grandson Victor DeBardeleben Chin of Rome Georgia; and his sisters, Lynn Ebaugh, MD of Memphis, Jennifer Ebaugh Collins (David) of Cleveland, Alabama and Karen Ebaugh Lamb (Frank) of Boulder.
