He was predeceased by: his parents, Denson McFadden and Earlene Brown McFadden. He is survived by: his wife Gail McFadden; his daughters, Myra McFadden of Birmingham and Marsha Mitchem (David) of Helena; his stepsons, Fred Lipscomb (Nancy) of Clanton and Jeff Lipscomb (Michelle) of Statham, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Katie Billings (Jacob), Amanda Ballesteros (Jose), Kevin Weaver (Amy), Chad Weaver, Lee Mitchem, Jason Lipscomb (Sara), Ian Lipscomb and Scott Lipscomb; and his siblings, Ross Skolnick (Phyllis) of Longview, TX and Mikalene Wood (Shawn) of Hurst, TX.. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
