He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Copeland McCay; his son Denny McCay; and his son-in-law Lynn Oden. He is survived by: his daughter Lynnette Oden; his grandchildren, Vance Oden, Vanessa Carlson (Dana), Casey Ingle (Brooks), Lea Anne Howard (Gary) and Jamie Melvin; and his great grandchildren, Macaylin Crowley (Aaron), Caden Carlson, Caleb Carlson, Cayla Carlson, Shelia Jeffreys, Shawn Carlson (Chelsea), Garrett Howard, Emma Howard, Madalyn Howard, Anna Howard, Paisley Howard, Chanley Howard, Benjamin Lamb, Judson Ingle, Kaylyn Lippert (Cody), Alexis Thomas, Reagan Thomas, Colton Melvin and Jayce Melvin. He is also survived by five great great grandchildren.
