She is survived by: her children, David Couch (Suzanne), Rick Couch (Donna) and Susan Bradshaw; and her grandchildren, Whitney Rutoskey, Jaime Couch, Jonathan Couch, Amanda Earl (Casey), Ashley McInturff (Joshua), Abi Couch, Russell Bradshaw, Karen Trotter (Tre) and Sarah Clark (Jon). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and several nephews.
