It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Luther Mason Stone (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on August 4, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Luther Stone and Auline Stone; his spouse Barbara; his sons, Lyle Martin Stone (Teresa) and James Treacy Stone (Wendi); and his grandchildren, Anna-Leigh Stone Hankins (Billy) and Lance Martin Stone.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Mountain Chapel United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, 2541 Rocky Ridge Road, Vestavia, Alabama 35243 FAMILY He is survived by his wife of sixty years, Barbara and two sons, Lyle Martin Stone (Teresa) and James Treacy Stone (Wendi) and two grandchildren Anna-Leigh Stone Hankins (Billy) and Lance Martin Stone.
