She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sanford Moughon and Katharine Lynch Moughon; her husband Glenn Ireland II; and her brother Dr. William Sanford Moughon Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Katharine Moughon Robinson (Gordon); and her daughters, Kacy Ireland Mitchell (Guy), Mallie Ireland Dansby (Stewart) and Nonie Ireland Brown (Tom). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 20 great- grandchildren.

The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Glenwood Autism and Behavioral Health Center, 150 Glenwood Lane, Birmingham, Alabama 35242.
