It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Sherer (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on October 20, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Walter W. Kennedy, Jr.; her brother Harry Curl (Carolyn); her sons, Steven Sherer (Gale) and Daniel Sherer of Locust Grove, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Ashley Little (Daniel), Wanda Howse (Greg) and Steven Neil Sherer Jr.. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Research and Prevention Foundation, St. Martins in the Pines or First Baptist Church of Pleasant Grove.
