It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Brakefield Lindley of Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on June 3, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Lindley. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Sims (Stanley) and Linda Tralongo (Todd); her brother Ray Brakefield (Darlene); her grandchildren, Jarred Sims, Andrea MacMillan (Collin), Anna Tralongo and Lauren Tralongo; and her great grandchildren, David Sims, Isla MacMillan, Keira MacMillan and Liam MacMillan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
