He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Latham and Sam Latham; and his brother Sebastian Latham. He is survived by: his wife Teneda Latham; his children, Sam Latham (Michelle), Frank Latham (Amy), Rita Jones (Tommy) and Renee Fox (Michael); and his siblings, Jack Latham (Diane) and Madeline Barnett. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 there will be no public visitation.
