He is survived by: his sisters, Marie Sides and Chris Kirby; his sons, Kenny Cook (Cecilia) and Landers Cook; his grandchildren, Chris Sartain, Rachael Tucker, Kenny Cook, Paul Cook, Jesse Cook, Jagger Cook and Jake Cook; and his great grandchildren, Scottleigh Cook, Deacon Cook, Weston Tucker and Shiloh Cook. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
