With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Hinds of Locust Fork, Alabama, who passed away on July 12, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patsy Hinds to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Billy Hugh Walker; her husband Fred G. Hinds; her parents, Iduma Heard and John Hogan Heard; and her siblings, Genette Hogland and Carl Heard.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Parsons (Gary), Kristy White (Darryl) and Barry Walker (Amanda); her grandchildren, Joshua Parsons (Liz), Daniel White (Becca), Kaylin McGuffie (Sam), Hanna Lovell (Patrick) and Beck Walker; and her great grandchildren, Ruby, Jackson White, Madeline Parsons, Walker McGuffie, Ella and Harrison Walker.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home (1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
As an alternative to flowers, donations may be made to Locust Fork Baptist Church.
