He is survived by: his wife Barbara Glasscock Teague; his children, Samuel Wesley Teague III (Margaret), Joy Kaltenbach Little Egg (David), Richard Teague Montgomery Al (Betty), Teri Scroggins Trussville Al (Mike) and Connie Smith Birmingham Al (Frankie); his grandchildren, Samuel Wesley Teague IV of Arlington and Carlie Scroggins; and his great grandchild Harper Patrick.
