He is survived by: his wife Priscilla A. Bell-Sloan; his children, Wanda Faye, Cynthia Thomas, Michael and Kevin Sloan; his stepdaughter Terriekki Kinnell of Upper Marlboro, MD; his siblings, Patricia Wilkerson (James) and Willie Jenkins; and his siblings-in-law, Denise Rembert (William), Charlcie B. Bell, Arthur Bell (Cindy) and Marty Bell (Felicity) of Birmingham. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
