He is survived by: his daughters, Christi Johnson Kallam (Tim) and Jill Johnson Crowe (Mike); his brother Blair Daniel Johnson; and his grandchildren, Richard Tyler Johnson (Heather), Lindsay Kay Johnson Anderson (Nicholas), Benjamin James Kallam, Katie Lynn Kallam, Chase Turner Johnson, Rebekah Lauren Crowe and Abigail Christine Crowe.
