She is survived by: her parent Clara Gene Edwards Kidd; her children, Debra Dickson Fishburne (William Fishburne III), Carolyn Ann Dickson and Walter David Dickson, Jr. (Jennifer Gay Dickson); her grandchildren, Lauren M. Davis (Chris) of Birmingham, Alison M. Lyon of Birmingham, James D. Fishburne of Birmingham and Erin E. Dickson of Birmingham; her siblings, Verlon O. Kidd of Glasgow and Ruth Jean Sharp of Glasgow; and her siblings-in-law, James P. Dickson of Rocky Mount, NC, Nadine Dickson Shirley and Louise Dickson Gibson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
