It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wadell C. Zanaty Jr. of Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wadell Zanaty and Juliette Zanaty of Homewood. He is survived by: his wife Peggy K. Zanaty; his daughter Kimberley Zanaty Reeves (Randy) of Homewood; his grandson Chuck Reeves of Sorrento, Florida.; his brothers, Charles N. Zanaty, Sr. of Homewood and Edward S. Zanaty, Sr. of Homewood; and his brother-in-law Bobby Karr of Double Springs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other beloved family members.
