He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ola Core and Charles Core; his siblings, Laura Core and Charles Core; his son Greg Core; his wife Linda; and his sons, Craig Core (Georgia) and Michael Eatly (Sara). He was also cherished by five grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
