With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Aaron Cauthen Jr. (Birmingham, Alabama), born in Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on September 21, 2021 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Aaron Cauthen Jr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Aaron Cauthen, Sr. and Maybelle Watts Armstrong Cauthen; his siblings, Dan E. Armstrong (Mary France) and Barbara Armstrong Kern (Joe); his sister-in-law Linda Robertson Erney (Bruce); his niece Allison Erney Wade (Tom); and his nephew Lin Erney (Andrea).

He is survived by: his wife Carol Robertson Cauthen; his children, Kimberley Yeager (Scott), John Cauthen (Michele) and Patrick Cauthen; and his grandchildren, Blaine Tharpe, Kathleen Tharpe, Brooks Yeager, Griffin Cauthen and Peyton Cauthen.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Dawson Memorial Baptist Church Children's Ministry.
