It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Donald Franklin (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on August 5, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara Moon; and his parents, William M. Franklin and Gladys Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Saundra Reese Franklin; and his son William Donald Franklin, Jr.. He is also survived by Two Granddaughters and Seven Great Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Sandusky First Baptist Church, 1125 Haven Drive, Birmingham, Al. 35214.
