She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Benton, Sr. and Bessie W. Benton (Davis); and her siblings, John E Benton, Jr., Gailene Rover, Mary Ellen Finchum, Brenda Stearsman, Pamela Wilbers, David Benton and Richard Benton.

She is survived by: her husband Donald; her daughter Elizabeth; her son-in-law Michael Petty; and her siblings, Stephanie Benton and Michael Benton. She is also survived by nine siblings.
