He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill S. Culwell and Lucille Boren Culwell; his brother Jason Lee Culwell; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Culwell and Candy Culwell.
He is survived by: his wife Sara Frances Culwell; his children, Rachel Fischer (Glenn) and Casey Culwell (Melissa); his grandsons, Justin Littleton (Hayley), Zachary Williams (Whitney), Brandon Williams (Kayla) and Austin Culwell; his stepgrandchildren, Brad Fischer and Kayla Fischer; his great grandchildren, Emma Kate Littleton, Jayden Littleton and Jason Sturgel; and his siblings, James Terry Culwell and Patricia Jackman (Michael). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
