We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2025, at the age of 64, Elsie YoVonne Mobley (Blountsville, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Dreama YoVonne Palmer; her parents, Joseph Daniel and Virigina Lucille McCay; and her siblings, Ludia McCay, Oscar Daniel McCay and Gerald Mitchell McCay.
She is survived by: her husband Leroy Mobley; her sons, Matthew Lee Palmer (Stephanie) and Joseph Donald Palmer; her granddaughter Cara Jean Palmer; and her siblings, Betty Inez Self, Charlotte McCay (John), Billy Ray McCay and Richard Jonah McCay (Carolyn). She is also survived by several step children and step grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pine Bluff Cemetery.
