He was predeceased by : his parents, Dorrell B. Mooneyham and Lola Lee Goree Mooneyham; and his brother Jack Mooneyham. He is survived by : his wife Martha Mooneyham; his children, Blake Mooneyham (Melissa), Bradley Mooneyham (Charity) and Cynthia Vaughn (Billy); and his sister Willodyne Sandlin.
