We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2022, at the age of 81, Sandra Fay Culwell of Blountsville, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell Horton and Louise Davis Horton; and her son David Culwell. She is survived by : her husband James T. Culwell of Blountsville; and her sons, Stacey Culwell of Blountsville, Kelley Culwell (Christy) of Blountsville and John Culwell of Blountsville. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
