He is survived by: his daughter Chloe Rocklyn Coffield; his parents, Thomas Coffield and Sharon Coffield; and his sister Tonya Coffield Myers (Chris). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, an educational fund will be established for Chloe Coffield's future educational needs (also to be announced).
