He is survived by : his wife Bonnie Dupree; his daughter Vanna Dupree; his parents, Jerry Dupree and Neita Cox (Gary); his mother-in-law Carolyn Presley; his brothers, Zach Dupree (Liz), Jarrett Cox (Dianne) and Brett Cox (Carol); his stepsister Bridgett Cox; his siblings-in-law, Ron Presley and Pam Hayes (Mark); and his brothers, David and Will Eskew. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

“Served with Ashley in the Marine Corps and was his traveling partner every other weekend down to GA. Very saddened by this. I was so naive back then and he showed me how to be a friend. I didn't learn quickly, I had to realize later on. I always wished we could have reconnected and thought about him often. Semper FI, brother.”
