He was predeceased by : his parents, James William Cook and Mary Pearl Bush Cook; and his wife Lola Cook. He is survived by : his daughter Lorie Deerman of Brent; his grandsons, Kenneth and Michael Cook; his siblings, Eugene Cook of Brent, Noah Cook of Antioch, Maurine Ingram of Brent and Martha Hughes of Antioch; his nephew Mike Ingram; and his niece Lynn Deerman. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
