He was predeceased by : his wife Mable P. Vining Wallace; and his son James Dale Wallace. He is survived by : his daughters, Sandra Holman (Danny), Rhonda Fleming (George) and Greta Townsend (David); and his brother Ray Wallace (Janis). He is also survived by several grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
