He was predeceased by: his daughter Wanda Day; and his sister Gertrude Norris. He is survived by: his wife Clara Zepernick Billingsley of Brewton; and his children, Ira Joe Billingsley of Brewton and Julie Ann Walker (Ray) of Pollard. He is also survived by Grandchildren (11) Great Grandchildren.
