He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Davis Elliott and Florence Bower Elliott; and his son David Paul Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Wilellen Weaver Elliott; his children, Thomas Elliott (Danila), Robert Bruce Elliott (Betty) and Lynne Haller (Mark); and his siblings, Robert B. Elliott and Elizabeth Ann Brightbill. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
