He is survived by: his wife Ann Howington Balkcom of Brewton; his sons, Michael Rowell (Dana) of Brewton and Marty Balkcom (Hope) of Troy; and his grandchildren, Chrystal Jacobs, Beth Ann Rowell, Maggie Rowell, Logan Rowell, Cassidy Balkcom, Bethany Balkcom and Brady Balkcom. He is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
