He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Herbert and Annie Mae Hall Bell; his daughter Susan Elizabeth Bell; his stepson Jerry Lynn Wainwright; his brother Reuben Bell; and his grandparents, John Thomas, Charlie and Carlie Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Laurel Lee Bell; his children, Robin Annett Ryan (Michael) and Robert Edward Bell; his stepdaughter Lee Ann Taylor; his sister Sylvia (Jimmy); and his grandchildren, David Edward Lee Bell, Shaun Michael Ryan, Jacob Daniel Ryan, Taylor Shane Ryan, Robert Marshall Grimm, Paul David Taylor and McKenzie Gower A. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
