He was predeceased by: his son Thomas Bryan Agerton. He is survived by: his wife Elouise Thompson Agerton of Brewton, AL; his children, James "Ricky" Agerton of Eufaula, AL and Pat Fairall (John) of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Colton Agerton, Lee Thompson and Sydney Long; and his great grandchildren, Sophia Fairall and Stella Fairall.
