He is survived by: his wife Carol Inez Morrison Evans; his children, John Terrell "Terry" Evans, Jeffrey Truman Evans, Jason Theon Evans (Jill) and Alison Carol Evans Rhodes (Jeff); his grandchildren, Joseph Andrew Myers, Tara Alison Evans, Auburn Riley Howard, Jason Dylan Evans, Tristan Taylor Evans, Christian Elizabeth Rhodes, Madelyn Carol Rhodes, Madeson Dawn Evans and Dawson Col Rhodes; his great grandchildren, Luna Marie Fendler, Josalyn Bella Myers, John Terrell Evans and Aiden Alan Howard; and his siblings, Lena Rebecca "Becky" Evans, Debra Joy Evans Woodham (Arnold) and Joseph Henry Evans. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
