He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Carter (Brian White) of Pensacola, FL, Christy Franklin (Dewayne) of Brewton, AL and Doreen Carter (Chris) of Cantonment, FL; his grandchildren, Tyler, Micheal, Hunter, Gracie, Haleigh, Briana, Savanna and C. J.; his great grandchildren, Ryleigh and Micheal; his nephews, C. J., Tyler, Hunter, Michael, P. J. Howards and Will Howard; his granddaughters, Hana, Tierra and Alexus; and also Debra Franklin. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
