He was predeceased by: his mother Bessie Spurlin Perez; and his brother Roland Perez. He is survived by: his wife June Barrow Perez of Holt, FL; his children, Philip Perez, Jr. (Jennifer) of Memphis, TN, Julian Perez (Pam) of Crestview, FL, Regina Pettis (Steve) of Bay Minette, AL, Catina Furgeson (Richard) of Crestview, FL and Amber Williams (Allen) of Niceville, FL; his sister Gloria Nelson (Wayne) of Crestview, FL; his grandchildren, Hannah Hamby (Brad), Jenna Strahan (Garrison), Ethan Pettis, Erica Botcher, Philip Perez, III, Chad Perez, Maddie McEwen, Megan Furgeson, Austin Furgeson, Taylor Perez and Zachary Perez; and his great grandchildren, Edyn Hamby, Aislyn Hamby and Ella Hamby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
