He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Iva Dell Wiggins; and his siblings, Bill Wiggins, Bernie Wiggins, Jerry Wiggins, Sylvester Wiggins, Ronnie Wiggins, Jimmy Wiggins and Dorothy "Sis" Lloyd.
He is survived by: his siblings, Buford Wiggins (Sharon) of Davisville, FL and Dianne Rolin (Clarence) of Canoe. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, family and friends.
