She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Blair and Sylvia Mary Moen Blair; her daughter Carolina Hammac; her granddaughter Amber Phillips; and her siblings, James Blair, Ellis Blair, Ollie Mae Cooper, Roslee Pettis, Pauline Weaver, Lucille Beasley and Peraline Busby.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennie Carter (Jimmy) of Castleberry and Judy Boles of East Brewton; and her grandchildren, Heather Carter, Kristen Carter, Lamar Carter, Brandon Butts, Nathaniel Hutcheson and Monica Phillips. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
