He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Kelley and Fannie Mae Dukes Kelley; and his brother Robert Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smith Kelley of Brewton; his sons, David Kelley (Mary) of Deatsville and Jeff Kelley (Stacey) of Brewton; his brother Luther Kelley of Flomaton; and his grandchildren, Magan Kelley, Kayla Alexander, Bethany Kelley, Kasea Witt and Victoria Witt.
