It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilbur Gammel Graves of Brewton, Alabama, who passed away on October 19, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Agnes Smith Graves; and his siblings, Noah Graves, Glynn Graves, Irene Taylor and Myra Pettis.
He is survived by: his wife Lillie Ruth Hale Graves of Brewton; his children, Lyndel Graves (Janet) of Deatsville, Janet Jarvis (Tim) of Atmore, Regina Christian (Chris) of Salem, Renee Barker (Doug) of Brownstown and Beverly Ales (Chris) of Loxley; his grandson Adam Jarvis; and his stepgrandsons, Jeremy Jarvis and Bryan Jarvis.
The family of Mr. Graves ask that everyone who attends the funeral services please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
