He is survived by: his children, Patrick Bice (Amanda), Craig (Christie), Kristal Lowery (Chase) and Andrea Ford (Donald); his grandchildren, Hannah, Laura, Sarah Beth, Hudson, Amber, Bodhi, Payton, Alexandria, Liam and Preston; his brothers, Donald Bice (Janice), Larry Bice Terry Bice (Tammy) and Mark Bice (Shirley); and his close friend Gail Woodruff. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
