She was predeceased by: her father Otha Lee; and her husband Ted Wesley Butler. She is survived by: her daughters, Traci Butler Petsch (Mark) and Jennifer Butler West (Joey) of Cahaba Heights, AL; her grandchildren, Crawford West, Grainger West and Reese Petsch; her sister Betty Horne Marcus of Niceville, Florida.; and her sister-in-law Sue Butler Orr of Florence, SC.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
