She was predeceased by : her parents, Miles Otwell and Louise Otwell; and her brothers, Jack and Tommy Otwell. She is survived by : her husband Garry Cain of Providence, KY; her daughters, Julie Tangle (Chris) of Alabaster and Beth Bryan (Jeremy) of Alabaster; her grandchildren, Riley Ward, Garrett and Caroline Bryan; and her sisters, Pat Fancher (Pete) and Kathy Hall (Warren). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
