He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Mims and Marie Ogelsby Mims; and his siblings, James Mims and Carolyn Hoggle. He is survived by: his sisters, Wanda Green of Calera and Barbara Lockhart of Clanton; his siblings' children, Felicia Green of Calera, Adam Hoggle of Calera and Kehity Lockhart of Clanton; and his great-niece Alexis Harris of Calera.
