He was predeceased by: his grandmother Lulu Hepple; and his sister Linda Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Dolores D. Cook; his daughter Tammy "Babycook" Casteel; his granddaughters, Dacota Casteel and Olivia Casteel; his sisters, Marion Gross and Annie Danilchak; and his cousins, Debbie Marsich, Dane Latta, Teddy Aldridge, Johnny Hepple and Mike Hepple. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
