He is survived by: his parents, Velma Inez Vance and Theron David Shaw; his niece Morgan Shaw Cash; his nephews, Zachary Shaw and Justin Cash; his great-nieces, Madi Kate Cash and Mia Cash; his sister-in-law Cindy Shaw; and his brother Robert "Robby" Shaw.
