He was predeceased by : his son Charles Dion Nicholson; his parents, Joseph Nicholson and Willie Mae Nicholson; and his siblings, Billy Joe Nicholson, Frank Nicholson, Wayne Nicholson, Gene Nicholson, Don Nicholson and Gary Nicholson.
He is survived by : his daughters, Carmen Nicholson Dobbs and Beverly Denice Mays (Darin); his grandchildren, JoLee Dobbs and Will Dobbs; and his brother Jimmy Nicholson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
