He is survived by: his wife Gerrelene Killingsworth Burkett; his children, Mark Burkett (Deanna) and Marcia Burkett; his grandchildren, Brittney Burkett (Drew), Cody Hudson and Kayla Hudson; and his brother O'Neal Burkett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
