He is survived by : his wife Gail Kirkpatrick; his children, Joe Neal Kirkpatrick (Sharon), Donna Handley (Marty) and Anita Collins (James); his grandchildren, Andrea, Amanda (Jimmy), Courtney and Kasey (Jason); his great grandchildren, Braxton and Anna Belle; and his sister Mary Deloach. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
