He was predeceased by : his daughter Jennifer Diane Trotman; his mother Gladys Trotman; his siblings, Roger Trotman, Jimmie Trotman, Margie Laddie and Dorothy Cash; and his grandson Wyatt Trotman.

He is survived by : his wife Kathy L. Trotman; his sons, Stephen Trotman and Kevin Trotman (Danielle); his sister-in-law Judy Trotman; and his grandchildren, Rocky Trotman, Jennifer Alise Trotman and Charlie Trotman. He is also survived by his numerous Nieces and Nephews.
